Wow. I have been so patient and hate leaving bad reviews, but a bad one is warranted here.

They are understaffed, under-trained, and do not have the bandwidth to treat customers with the care that they deserve. If you want ANYTHING done that cannot be done by a teller or ATM, you will spend no less than 45 minutes here. The Wells Fargo location on 57th Ave is nothing like this.

I understand that they are completely different classes of people visiting the two branches but the difference in the way customers are treated could not be more stark.

Your banker may or may not speak English, or be trained in anything other than opening basic checking accounts. Issues that I have spent hours and many visits trying to solve at the Westchester branch were solved within minutes at other branches.

To the corporate offices of Wells Fargo. This branch is making you look really bad.

Slowest location in Miami. There are 3 tellers  and I have been in line for 20 min, the handicap line teller just sits there and do not attend any of the 20 people on line. They claim the system is slow but the three tellers for the drive thru seem to be working fine, get your act together please, worse branch ever....horrible service.

Very slow when being attended inside. Took an hour and 45 mimutes, and we were the only ones waiting. The banker that assisted us wasn't very helpful and everyone kept avoiding eye contact because they were aware of how long we had been waiting. Absolutely terrible experience. We rarely visit this branch, and when we do, it's only because we're stopping by for the atm. 

Go to another branch. This one doesn't know time management.

Horrible service. I always go to deposit checks and the lady told me I couldn’t do it. Even though I have been depositing checks since 2009 with Wellsfargo.

FYI: Also what kind of branch doesn’t allow depositing checks?!?
