As an entrepreneur, I was looking for a large bank with resources and longevity, but I also wanted the personal banker relationship found in smaller banks... Wells Fargo delivered, and continues to meet my needs.  

Then as my organizations have grown to need more accounts, payroll services, secure payment gateways, etc, Janey continues to handle it, and with a smile! I gladly commute from Georgetown, for quality service. 

Oh and my children absolutely love coming in to help me cash checks, ask about fee discounts/reversals (which is obliged), and talk to the tellers about investing in their future. I am glad we chose Wells Fargo!

This bank made a 2 cent mistake with one of my business deposits. Their mistake cost me $50, because I get penalized if our store deposits do not match our in store records to the penny. When I asked the service manager to please look into it hoping to avoid a penalty,  she said that if it were a larger amount she would dig up tapes, otherwise , no. Small mistakes can have larger consequences, but this bank doesn't care. Don't trust this bank with your money.

A bank that refuses coins. Utter Bs... Worse banking services.  Just closed all my accts

Worse service! Went to cash a check that my client wrote me, took me 2 hours of questions, phone calls, and finally my client had to go in person and tell them to cash his check. Geezz! Defeats the whole purpose of check-writing. Don't want to play the race-card, but it might have something to do with it. I'm a web developer and own multiple businesses. I don't get it.
