This School has changed through the years. My older children had great expirences here but in recent years, things have changed for the worst. I will not recommend this School to children with behavior issues as they do not have the proper training to deal with children in this condition. Most teachers are nice but you have a few that are bullies and not to mention the Office staff. They always seem so upset.I recommend you doing your homework and checking out alternative Schools.

GREAT SCHOOL, all staff included except the Registrar, she is rude, snooty and somewhat prejudice. A lot of people (parents/staff) have an issue with her but its always been looked over by principal.

Jollyville Elementary has been a blessing to our family. We have had many family struggles since my daughter was in Kindergarten (2013/2014). My son and daughter are now in 1st and 2nd grade respectively and I really don't want to ever leave Jollyville. The Principal, Assistant Principal, Counselors, Kids' Teachers, Nurse, Registrar, Office Staff, Cafeteria Manager, Special Education Teacher, TAG Teacher, Librarian, PE Teacher, Art Teacher, and the Music Teacher have all played a very active and personal role in helping my kids succeed at school. I wish I could name them all (Fall 2015 Staff) by name; but not sure who would prefer that I didn't. I'm also sure there are more I haven't mentioned. My son has had some major behavior issues and social struggles. Jollyville has gone above and beyond making accommodations and putting him on the right path. Even the lead RRISD Behavioral Specialist has been an angel and helped. I couldn't be more thankful for the people at Jollyville and all the hard work they've devoted to my family.
