Bad experience with customer service. They made me waited for an hour to help other people even though I arrived earlier than them. Maybe because my needs were not important or valuable enough for them to take care of. I have been with Chase for many years and they should be more grateful with an established client like me.

This is a super convenient location because of where it sits in a busy area. They always have me in and out. The staff the very respectful. I was surprised when I read reviews from others that they were dissatisfied.

Poor customer service from branch manager, Paul, and all the while smiling at you. Avoid this branch if possible.

😡😡😡Don't go to chase! My husband opened an acct there in March because they were advisting a $300.00 bonus for opening a acct with a direct deposit. The manager was the one to open his acct. Paul Cano, told us he would handle sending the form to the right place to get the direct deposit coming there. Well time goes by and there the direct deposit went into the old acct. we called Paul and Paul told us that they handle the bonus deposit and not to worry they will handle it again. Next month goes by and the direct deposit still hit the other acct. instead of having chase handle it we do it our self. August is finally here and the direct deposit goes into chase to only find out that he couldn't get the $300 bonus any longer. He was told he would have to open a new acct or have his wife (me) open acct to get the bonus. Not only will they not fix their mistake they blaming my husband for it saying he should have came on sooner! I will be writing reviews everyday and on every site until this is fix. I wouldn't give them any stars if I had the option. 😡😡😡
