I've never experienced a wait or rudeness. I live close so this is the only branch I've been to repeatedly because of the exceptional level of service I've recieved. Everyone is courteous and have gone above and beyond to do all they can to assist with whatever needed. I would give them 10 stars if that was an available rating.

Needed to get a special cashiers check in regards to a real estate closing that the main office couldn't figure out. The manager there was very helpful and go it done in 20 minutes. Very nice and did a great job.

Horrible service here. Very long wait times with rude and slow staff that do not respect their customer base. I use a credit union, but I had to do some banking here for my company. You will literally save time by not coming here and just driving farther to a better location. The management won't do anything if you complain either. You would think you were at the post office with the way they act...
