I go here every payday to make my deposits and every time im stuck waiting up to 25+ minutes with a line almost to the door. while the bank has 12 teller windows but only one open, while there are up to 6 bank employees just standing around talking to each other. This is a constant thing and I know others have noticed it too. I cant stand this branch and cant switch banks fast enough. I hope others have a better experience than I because mine was absolutely shameful.

I have to say, this branch really stepped up to the plate after a falling out I had with Chase over recurring fees. When you have a large sum in a bank and they pay no interest, you kind of expect that there will be no nickel and diming. To Chase's credit they were apologetic and wanted to make it right, but "3 strikes".
WF on the other hand has been attentive, free cashiers checks, used the notary service twice, the manager helped me with documentation I needed to close an escrow and coordinate with my lender at prospect Mortgage. More than just a bank Marisela Davila, Manager really stepped up to the plate--we generally love to hate banks, but Marisela really stepped up. Thank you!
