The new branch manager is a cheap bastard. Every time I come in there’s always only one or two tellers and the line is incredibly long. Give your cute young tellers full time and quit trying to save a buck. It makes for a poor customer experience.

Wait times are ridiculous. Customer service isn't that good and there's only one teller.

The customer experience at this bank is impeccable. I'm a customer who is not very good at maintaining a balance in my account or making payments on my credit cards on time. So, I usually go in seeking help, but usually in a bad mood over fees, even though it's my own fault. The bankers who have helped me have really taken the time to explain things to you, (when I give them a chance and don't just have a chip on my shoulder). They've shown me account features and explained to me how their system works (it's easy to feel insulted that they are explaining to you, like a child). Their team knows how to help with financial planning and to help you get out of debt and maintain a positive account balance. I've been in there a few times thinking, "Well this is it, I'm just going to close my account because of them," then I realize the problem is actually me. Don't get me wrong, they are still a big corporation and you have to really stand your ground on some things as a client, but overall they are a really good and knowledgeable team at this branch. Best of the others in town.
