All i can say is the customer service here is non existing. I had the misfortune of going to this branch today and I can see now why they get such bad reviews. Robert Bramande could care less if you are having any problem, he will NOT help you he rather have you write comments and call corporate. What ever happened to the good old days when banks helped there clients. Please go to bank of america if you would like to be treated like someone cares about you, because these people SUCK.
Also try to avoid Annie Richemond's teller line, she is an idiot who does not know her JOB

Excellent attention from all staff, they can serve you in several languages, as executives are from different nations. Ultimately excellent agency Wells Fargo! I recommend Angel Macias, who unfortunately is no longer and Alinna are the best!

I went to cash and deposit a check into my savings account.  I was told by the teller, George, that this wasn't possible and he deposited the check.  I told him no, I wanted it cashed and deposited so the full amount was available.  He spoke to his manager, Roaxana Figueroa, to correct the issue.  She walked over to the window and told me very rudely and aggressively that this service was no longer offered by the bank.  That you could only deposit checks now.  I told her that wasn't the truth and said I didn't want to talk to her as she was obviously mistaken.  She then said, "there's the door".  I told her that she was being ridiculous and that you could simply cash the check, get the money and deposit the money.  She then pointed me out to other people in line, trying to embarrass me about the situation.  I asked to speak to her manager and she handed me her business card and very sarcastically said she was the manager.  Please do something about her horrible customer service.
