I'm super happy! They really helped me a lot with all the process of opening my bank account (I'm foreigner), people were really nice and helpful! I recommend this bank! (Have the same in France) but I definitely recommend the Aventura branch!

The staff is really welcoming, they answer all your requests, the customer service is really the best, in addition the branch is really well located, it is really easy to park, I strongly recommend this agency

The worst service anyone can get,they send out agents to sign you with promises they will abide.we closed the personal and business account there in the aventura branch.htey stole from my mother $7 dollars is not the amount is why they did it.i do not recomend hSBC
