Went there to change some account settings so I would not get the monthly service fee. I booked an appointment online and picked a time before noon knowing that between 11 and 1 it gets packed. I showed up on time and was attended right away. Bianca was very helpful getting a new account setup with no monthly fees, and had me on my way in no time. 

I come here often for my banking needs, only times its a hassle is during peak lunch time hours when the lines back up and there is always an elderly person trying to make small talk with the tellers and they are trying to be polite and keep the conversation going.

I am vert upset with the customer service I received from Wells Fargo in Loveland today I went to cash a large cashier's check that I had received after selling my house and received very rude customer service not only from two of the bank tellers but one of the managers. I was very unprofetionally asked where I got the money from my check and two other bank tellers were very obviously peeking over their cubicles to eavesdrop in my conversation. I'm not happy with this and I think it was very rude for not only the tellers but the manager to do this. I am intrusting this bank with allot of money for them to treat me with suspicion rudness and judgemental looks. This is not the way a BANK should handle my finances. In fact they should have been giving me options with my money and making sure i feel secure with this transaction not them i am the customer!

After trying to have me pay a superfluous fee to wire instead of doing a withdrawal and a deposit, I found out that my employers account was locked by Wells Fargo. My employer sent them a list of employees to specifically authorize to cash checks which the employees refused to check because they "Dont even know how that would happen." Leaving me stranded with a dead phone and no way of getting home without any money left for bus fare. Like a whorehouse, you give them money, get screwed.

Braindead would be too kind....  who doesnt know how to deposit a $30 refund from a government agency ...?.... Hysterical.  Like I don't know they are just attempting to scam me for cashing fees aftering insisting it be cashed.

What a sad sad sad display. I opened this account with an expired licence, and signed papers saying i wanted NO OVERDRAFT protection, simply put, If i didn't have the money in my account DO NOT PAY IT! So after $290.00 in one weeks worth of overdraft fees, suprise!!! They can't close my account with the same expired license i opened it with.  They sent a charge back to my online company,  freezing it when i complained of these fees. Telling them i contested their charges as FRAUDULENT!! And after 3 days on the couch sick, along with my 2 year old sick, needing medicine, i went in and told them is just keep my account, i was desperate to get my daughters medicine,  she tells me,  "we can't make another acception for you"!!!!!!!! They've froze my online business, charged me HUNDREDS UPON HUNDREDS in overdraft fees and can't make another acception for me??? I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW HOW I WAS TREATED AFTER BANKING HERE 11 YEARS!!!!!! MAY YOU HAVE A MONTH OF MONDAYS YOU BAND OF IDIOTS!!!
