So I have a moneymaker account at the Loveland branch came in at 9 was the 2nd customer thru the door when they opened it, told the teller I needed to open a checking account  after waiting 20 minutes while they were ordering their burritos no one else  in the bank... I got up and walked out..POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE will be taking money out!

Horrible bank!! We have a business and personal account and have nothing but issues with them!! Every time we make a business deposit they put it in our persnal account. There system glitches all the time! And they seem to mess up how much money you have in your account alot!! I'm going to a clolrado bank and not one that came from Nebraska! And Verna she used to work the loveland branch and went to fortcollins, I recommend not ever talking with that lady. She is a very rude and shady person. She shouldn't have the position she has with the control of people's accounts.

We stopped in today and opened a checking account.  Everyone was very friendly and got us all set up quickly.  Highly recommend!

Took me less than 10 minutes to set up a checking account and only needed two forms of ID, also free and only a $50 deposit needed.
