Although as a big fan of Wendy's 4 for 4 due to the pricing and availability with late hours, this Wendy's fell flat on it's butt. First of all, I understand slick and slippery spots however since it hadn't snowed for a few days, I had assumed the parking lot and the drive thru lane to be at least plowed out, however near the outdoor menu, there was a large patch of snow that my car got stuck on. Before I ordered, there was no greeting except for a short and rude "what do you want?". I am used to the service over near Pier1 being very kind and upbeat so this was abrasive to me. I ordered the 4 for 4 deal with the Crispy Chicken BLT without tomato, honey mustard, and for my drink green tea. I also asked for a large glass of water. Once I pulled up to the window, the man was rude by not greeting us at all. I gave him my cash but as I did that, he was holding out both of the drinks, instead of being patient by waiting and grabbing the money first. I quickly asked for a receipt because the total was much higher than expected (came out to be a bit over $6). The water was fine but the glass for the tea was sticky which wasn't the best experience in the world. I received my food and my receipt. The food was good and the fries were really hot which was the biggest achievement of the place however, I was surprised to see that the green tea costed me an extra $1.99. I would've liked some notice. The receipt also showed that they chose no drink with my regular meal and then charged me the extra. I don't know if this is normal because I've never purchased the tea before. But, my biggest suggestion is definitely improvement on customer service.

I got food poisoning on 1/12/2018 after I ordered two grilled chicken go wraps. The only other food I had eaten before food poisoning kicked in was Ritz crackers so I have no doubt where I got it. Thrown up 4 times and frequent trips to the bathroom. Do yourself a favor and do not order chicken here.

If I could give this less then one star I would. First we walk in and the cashier had a friend visiting her at work which is fine except for the friend ad her foot on the counter. When we went to order the didn't move or step away from the counter at all and stayed in place while we ordered. We waited for over 15 minutes for our to go order. I checked the bags and of course we were missing a fry. We inform the cashier she walks away (without saying a word) to get us one more fry. When she got to the fry station she said to herself that the fries were very salty. Thank God I heard her and checked the other two fries we already got because they were COVERED in salt. Like way more then a little over salty. They were completely inedible. She bags up the fry knowing they were inedible and gives it to us. I told her that we were going to need three new fries as they were too salty. She walks away and leaves us stand for almost five more minutes and finally brings us new fries. It is unreal how apathetic they were about their jobs. She willingly served us food that was not edible because she was too lazy to make new fries. The lack of management and training astounding, not once did anyone apologize for our wait or for serving us food we couldn't eat. We hadn't been to that Wendy's for about five years because it was so bad, needless to say we won't ever go back.

The four for four can't be beat when it comes to great food deals! We get two and it feeds our family of three. Wendy's is my favorite fast food burger!

Gotta be one of the worst freakin' Wendy's in the Twin Cities. If you are OK with your order being wrong literally every time, then by all means go here. I go there because I live close. I have a very simple order. They NEVER get it right. Today I ordered a Chicken sandwich, only ketchup and got a plain chicken sandwich and for some reason, no ice in my drink. Avoid this place at all costs unless you have extra time to go back and have them correct your order. I'm done with this place.
