I eat at this restaurant fairly frequently and have never had a bad experience. Food is always consistent, as is the friendly service and short wait times.  The only complaint I really have is, as others have mentioned, the drink systems seem to be down or produce warm and/or flat beverages at times. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing.

For fast food it is decent. The burgers taste good. You can't beat the Frosties. I would still rather go to Crown Burger.

I decided to go to this Wendys location since it's about 5 minutes away from my house. I order my food through the drive thru and as I'm pulling up to the window I hear screams. The people behind me decided it was a good idea to get out a pee on the Wendys order machine. So when I get to the window I tell the lady, "hey the people behind me are peeing all over your speaker and sign." She looks at me like a deer in head lights and shrugged then proceeded to say, "sooo." Now in my mind I feel that's disrespectful. If y'all want piss covered speaker and sign then be my guest I'll go elsewhere, where they care about the cleanliness of their property. Yeah I get that she probably didn't know what to do and just wanted her shift to be over but c'mon to be cool about the ordeal shows me they have low standards. I also get that animals probably pee on the sign as well but that's an animal looking for a place to pee so for a HUMAN to intentionally get out and start pissing on the speaker and sign when the lobby IS open to use the restroom is just baffling and for them to allow it. So I told her to cancel my order and I'll go elsewhere.

We ordered Frostys. Just Frostys. It took them 20 minutes to fill our dine in order. Only one employee spoke English, which made it difficult to let them know that other customers were getting their food, and we weren't.
