Used to work for Wendy's, and never gave such low service in my time. Learn your basic drive through greetings and don't jump the gun on the customers order. Love to go back if ya'll can get yourselves some basic customer service skills.

The service was as salty as the fries.
Treating customers who ask for things as an inconvenience or as if they're inferior beings is completely unprofessional. Is asking for 2 BBQ sauces really worth demeaning another human being? Dave must be rolling in his grave seeing what has happened to his chain. 💔

I normally wouldn't take the time to review a fast food chain restaurant, but this place was awful.  First the A.C. wasnt working correctly.  Its was 84 degrees inside per the unit near the register.  Second, there were flies buzzing around the person taking my order and then me while I ate my meal later.  The third thing i noticed is for some strange reason they had a cricket infestation as well.  There was one hopping around my feet while I ate, and another on the wall across from my table.  Finally there were two more crickets near the front door when I walked out.  Several of the chairs and tables in the restaurant were super grimy as well.  On top of all of those things my fries were way overcooked.  I dont expect fast food to be great but this place was disgusting.

Place is OK but the customer service here seems unprofessional. Some of the  employees have attitudes or act like they don't want to be asked questions. My order doesn't take long to come though.
