Everytime I go to this Wendy's they can't get an order right, they have two or three cars waiting off to the side for orders, or they are just goofing around in the order window while customers are waiting to pay for their food. Please just shut this one down and build something useful here.. Everyone goes to the Cane's across the street and I'm about to join them.

I was severely dissatisfied with Wendy’s today. I dined in for an 11:30 lunch. The cashier took my order, and she asked if I was going to get a fountain drink. I said yes, and she handed me our cups. I go to the foundation machine and literally-no lie- all the drinks are out except Coke Zero and Diet Coke. I went back to the cashier and asked if she knew they were out drinks at the fountain machine. She says Yes, she knew. (You would think that she would have had the courtesy to let us know before hand). I said alright, well if your fountain machine is working in the drive thru,can you get our drinks from there. “I guess”. Excuse me for you have to do your job. My husband and I both asked for cokes. Tell me why we ended up with 2 different drinks... and to wrap it up. We also ordered 2 frosties- a chocolate and vanilla. Guess what after paying, we get the news that vanilla frosty machine is broken and has been broken. The cashier was a huge disappointment!

The guy at the counter simply did not have the time to take my order. So I left hungry. Probably for the best.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. 10 minutes ago I went through the drive through and placed my order. After receiving the order, I asked for BBQ sauce. Fortunately, the MANAGER was passing out our orders and informed me he would have to charge me for the extra sauce. This guy is in his 30s-40s. So I say, "No thanks, we'll get our sauce elsewhere, bye." As I pull away from the window he says, "Good luck with that, IDIOT!". So I pull around, park and return the crappy food. Got Raising Canes next door. MUCH BETTER, won't be going back to a Wendy's EVER AGAIN.
