First time going to a wendys in Texas. It happened to be this one. Location could be better kinda hard to get too. I came on a sunday so not sure if they were under manned or what but the manager took my orders he seemed like in a rush didn't appreciate that. And also They were yelling a lot. Could of been a better experience especially my first time in 3 year back to America from Japan

This Wendy's is why I have trust issues. They are literally so incompetent here that I 100% expect something to come up missing every single time I come here. They are the exact reason I keep straws, napkins and plastic ware in my car. They always forget my sauce, or forget a straw, or forget an entire food item. Last week I ordered a baked potato with chives and grated cheese and they seriously gave me a whole, plain potato. Tonight, they forgot to give me my sauce so I had to go back inside like I pretty much always have to do, AND they forgot to give me back my debit card!! I would've driven off without it if they didn't (of course) mess something up where I had to go back inside the store. I'm always nice and respectful but something is going very wrong at this store. It's like no one knows what they're doing and they all look and sound miserable. I know food service isn't the greatest job in the world, but at least smile back at me when I smile at you. If I didn't love Wendy's so much, I'd never come here. Worst fast food service I've ever had.

9 times out of 10 I have to return to get my order corrected. Usually because who ever makes the burgers can't read or or use elementary skills to put the correct toppings on my burger as if putting NO cheese is a difficult task.

Consistently tasty. Have to double check to make sure everything is there before leaving but always quality food.
