This is the best Wendy's I've been to in San Antonio. My visit here was very pleasant and the staff and management (Mrs.King) were very accommodating. Food as well as the facility were great. Good was hot and good portioned. Facility was extremely clean and an overall comfortable setting. I urge those seeking Wendy's to come to this location. You will not be disappointed.

Their drive thru mic doesn't work at all to the point we get out of line and went inside. Since salad meant sprite over the Mic and we went back and forth for a good 4 minutes on the first order before we gave up. I can't eat bread so I asked for no bun. The guy rolled his eyes while shaking his head and disappeared for a while. The meat looks funny and tasted awful. I couldn't eat all of it and it instanty made us sick. I'm fairly certain he did something to it. They were very rude and slow.

The clerk that waited on me provide a great customer service the issue was the cooks in the back never processed my order I waited 15 minutes

I have always loved Wendy's. Unlike McDonalds, they have always had new items to try. I have gone there since I was 11 and now my kids love it too. Good ole Wendy's.
