I had not been to Wendy's in quite a while. I had received a coupon in the mail and decided to give them a try. The people were extremely nice and I had a very pleasant experience placing the order.  I ordered one of the meals from the coupon and it brought me back to a Time 40 years ago when I used to eat there a lot as a high school student.  I don't know why I had stopped going but I think I will add it back to at least a bi-monthly treat.

30 minutes in the drive through with 2 cars ahead of me. The guy in front of me literally fell asleep. Head back, mouth open for 10 minutes kind of sleep. Finally got my food and everything was cold. The cheeseburger bun was hard as a rock, I think they just let the leftover food sit overnight and serve it the next day. Won't be going to this place any more, which sucks because it's right down the road and Wendy's is usually pretty decent.

8/12/2022 at. 5:15pm- I don't know what team was at this time but they were on point. I had a difficult order for a family of 5 and I got it hot fresh and fast. This team deserves some recognition, I never write reviews btw. Thank you for a great dinner.

Place is dirty, like, REALLY dirty. From tables to floor. Kitchen looks dirty. Fries tasted oily, liked fried with old oil.They messed up our order both times we were here. Would definitely avoid it, plenty of other places specially for the price.

The low rating is because of the extremely slow service in the drive thru.  The food was hot and tasted good.  Maybe they're understaffed, but it's been this way for months.  Both Wendy's in Clemmons suffer from this slowness of service.  And if you live in the area, do not go to the drive thru at the 421 or Jonestown road location. It's one of those drive thrus that trap you in when you pull into the line and you're stuck until you can get past the concrete median.

I usually go to this Wendy's at least once a month, often more, but absolutely will NOT be back again. I got up to the speaker to give my order and could hear chatter among the employees. I wasn't sure when my order was ready to be taken, and when I asked if they were ready, I got an exasperated "yeah". I ordered a Dave's single combo, no extras, and a bacon and cheese potato. I did not get a total from the employee. When I got to the window I was told it was $13.64. Now I know inflation is rampant,  but that was completely ridiculous. I paid cash, didn't get a receipt unfortunately, and frankly just left because the line was getting backed up. The food, always good in the past, was awful. The burger was completely dried out and mealy. The fries were completely cold and even the potato was cold. I threw everything away and considered it a lesson learned. I will not be back. I miss the ladies that worked there just a few weeks ago...they were always friendly and helpful and the food was always good.

Had to change my infant in the eating room as Wendy's doesn't put changing stations in any of their bathrooms. Ice machine was broken right at lunch high traffic. Staff knew. Instead of someone fixing it, everyone had to go up to the waiting area and keep asking them which in turn made less ppl working on food prep and backed up all orders. Mens bathroom not restocked on paper towels. I have been to places where it has been faster, cleaner, and people thinking on their feet/planning ahead.

Staff was very friendly and quick to serve us.  Food came out fast and was streaming hot. Overall I will suggest stopping here when traveling

As of 08/27/22 10:14 am  It says they're open from 6:30am - 11pm everyday I was there at 10am and they're not open. I saw employes inside and tried to ask them what time they did. They either ignored me or didn't see me. It is what it is. They're was people inside but every door was locked and drive thru had one window busted and taped up with scotch because it looked like someone tried to break in. They weren't doing drive thru either.

Horrible experience at this Wendy’s. It took 20 mins for all of our food to come out. The manager was rude to not just the customers but employees as well. Don’t come here for satisfactory service.
