Stopped in at this location for the first time. Got chicken wrap for the first time. Was great! Hunter took my order, friendly,quick service. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5

Chick fil a is always consistent, food is always fresh and hot. Sometimes is the drive thru they forget to give us something. But everything is always consistent.

There are some amazing people who work at this location. One of my daughters tripped and got a bloody nose and one of the ladies was so sweet and helped me take care of both my kids. During a normal visit, both kids love the food and the play place. The food and service is very consistent with Chick-fil-A quality.

I ordered through catering for 5:45. When I arrived, I asked an employee how to pick it up and was told to get in line. Only one register was being used, so I was in line for 10 minutes. The employee printed my receipt which I had gotten online when I ordered the day before and told me my order would come out soon. After waiting to the side for 10 minutes, I asked what was the purpose of putting a time on my order. The manager called to me from about 15 feet away, ‘Are you a catering order? Did you check in?’ When I said yes, she told an employee to go in the back for my food. A couple of minutes later but over 20 minutes from when I arrived, I got my food. There was no apology for the delay. I go to this restaurant frequently, but this catering experience was not good!

I'll stick to the backed-up drive-thru confusion next time. I almost left without my food inside. I used a gift card for the first time, and it didn't work or was "already used" ?? There was confusion and I KEPT telling the Penny Gadget at the counter "It's fine, I will just pay with my debit card". The manager said that she'll take care of my meal and I said "NO! I will just pay with me debit card". Then I was finally given food for dine in when I told Nancy Drew twice "To Go please" earlier. And I still had to hear "Have a blessed day"? Good-bye!

If i could give them 0 stars, I would. Went two days back to back taking 20-40min to get my order. Had to tell them both times that i was waiting on my food. Funny thing is that they were both through mobile order so there is no excuse for it. The most unsatisfying service Chic Fil A can offer for you.

Ordered on mobile app for breakfast and arrived at 10:17 for drive thru pick up. It took us till 10:31 to get up to attendant and they said they could not honor our mobile order even tho we were there on time. Changed our order to accommodate you not us the customer and they screwed the order up and did not give us condiments. Worst experience ever for a chic fil a

The food is always great but a few months ago service started to become mediocre. It’s mainly the new and younger employees here at the Chick-fil-A in Clemmons that have an attitude. One young lady that I encountered at the drive thru window tonight Saturday February 4, 2023 was rude, impatient and did a bunch of eye rolling. I always say treat others how you’d want to be treated and if you don’t like your job then don’t work there. I considered the Clemmons Chick-fil-A to be the best in town fresh food & great service but after all the unpleasant encounters I would prefer to drive across town to the Chick-fil-A where the employees are friendly and the service is better.

Chick-fil-A's food is consistently good at all locations; Clemmons is especially good. The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean.  Parking: The restaurant&#39;s dedicated parking lot stays congested with drive-thru traffic. I suggest parking in the shopping center&#39;s main lot and walking across.

It's very busy this time of the year, but they still greet you with smiles  .  I'm definitely loving there seasonal peppermint shakes Food: 5/5
