Took a while to get a salad. When called go bag when the get fork only thing in bag was salad. No dressing, no croutons, no pecan, nothing. Had to go back for those items. If you don't want to do the job leave.

I wish I could give this God awful place NO stars. Our chili isn't ready, we don't have sour cream for the "sour cream and chives potato", we are out of ceasar salad, we are out of cups except for small, we dont have large fry boxes....and did I say the same young lady that was working the drive-thru was also working the counter. (So you can only image the wait)... Ohhhhh, all the drink flavors including the lemonades OUTTTT! Had to go to pilot to get my soft drinks in the small cups they had! The manager is in the kitchen barking orders and was not customer friendly! So needless to say, I will NOT be retuning to this Wendy's! Horrible...horrible experience! Worst Wendy's I've ever visited!

The owner or manager of this Wendy's does not understand their business. The district manager needs to understand it is literally the only food within over two hours. Going through the reviews, it appeara we were not the only people gettinf sick from this place. They arent upholding food safety standards, and we suspect the oil had not been changed in quite some time. They were out of lids, napkins and ketchup. The tables were dirty. The trash was overflowing. They had to stop taking orders because they were too overwhelmed with not enough employees. They were out of a ton of things like chili, frosty, lemonade and grilled chicken. For it being such a huge stop for travellers and tourists, the only thing for hours, it needs to be better staffed for as busy as it was. It shouldn't take an hour to get two meals and quickly eat them.

The orders were backed up horribly. All the tables were dirty. The trash was overflowing, and there were no napkins. They need better staffing and better training here. Edit: And one of the ice machines was empty. Also, two cashiers might be wise on summer Sundays at noon. There were a dozen people in line waiting to order.

Came in at 4am and the only food they said they had was chicken sandwiches. How does a 24 hour Wendy's run out of beef? I was not happy.
