Ordered food handed the cashier my card since I was in the drive thru, he swiped my card then handed it back to me. He then told me that they were out of one of the items I ordered and were going to substitute it for something I didn't want. I informed him that I would rather go without and he told me that it was too late he has already swiped the card and they couldn't take it off my order. I understand that sometimes you run out of stuff, but seriously don't swipe my card and then tell me that you're out of what I ordered. I could even understand if I had paid then a little while later you tell me your out but the fact that I was informed as you are giving me my card back means you knew ahead of time and still swiped my card. I took the unwanted item because I was in a rush and didn't want to argue but I'm honestly displeased. I never write bad reviews for places but this time I'm upset and want to rant.

Good fresh food. My pattie was a little pink & I don't wanna see any pink preferably. But it proves they used real beef & not precooked or non-beef products.

Had the number 8. I received my chicken club sandwich with no Asiago cheese and no bacon. Returned it... 2nd try... everything is there, but why is the chicken so rubbery?  I could not chew it enough for it to become digestible. Employees were friendly enough... but the food is a no go. If I could give it a Zero Star Review, I would.

Food is amazing really good recommend it. Only thing the service is not great. The lemonade stasted like weird water i asked for pepsi but got dr. Pepper. They forgot my chicken nuggets and sauce.

Drive-thru service not very pleasant. They handed me the food & instantly shut the window even as I was asking for  napkins. The girl turned away and never gave me a 2nd look. Had to go inside for the napkins. Kins of defeats the purpose of a drive-thru...
