The fat prick (the gm) in the blue shirt on Valentine's Day standing at the hostess podium yelled and belittled his staff the whole time me and my son stood in the waiting room for a seat I couldn't believe how he talked to his staff it was disgusting and his attitude was bringing the attitude of his staff down I would be disgusted to have hired that man to run my business if I found out I have a employee so unprofessional. Besides that the waitress was amazing and the food was incredible for the price point

Not the best... slow service. Floor was dirty. Food is decent, but nothing to really get excited about. The OG is no longer a high end restaurant. Plus, I have a hard time understanding why it's so difficult for them to ring up tortellini Alfredo with chicken, it's not that confusing.

Not impressed. Food was lacking flavor, cheesecake dessert was still frozen, and customer service was less than average. We asked for water, took a sip, and almost threw up due to the lack of filtered water. The water here obviously can make you sick and the waitress saw my wife's face and said, "oh our RO system isn't working, we are getting bottled water." You tell me now?! I wrote a long comment on their suggested survey and never received a phone call. Won't return.

Love the service, ambiance, and of course the food. The new menu items are delicious!

Customer service is PISS POOR. Management VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Dishes were dirty and glasses as well. If you want unsatisfactory customer service and unfair treatment come here. The customer is not right here the servers are. I complained to corporate about they're unprofessional attitudes and inequality.
