First I want to say the shoe came out beautiful this place has a new owner and it shows in the work the craftsmanship is amazing the only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is when I first came in I showed a lady at the front desk  2 pictures in my review on yelp black and gold pointy toe heels she went to the back and showed the cobbler maybe she misheard him but she told me $100 when I went back to get what I wanted done he quoted me $150 for the cross effect on the shoes saying he didn't know that's what I wanted and kind of gave me a little bit of attitude when I told him that wasn't what I was quoted. So although the shoe looked good it wasn't what I wanted you would think all the bad reviews they would of honored the original quote so I could of received what I wanted in the first place.

I wouldn’t come here. There is definitely a communication issue within the staff. I was told they could replace a whole row of sequins only to find they basically just found whatever sequins they had laying around and put them on my daughters shirt. It is mismatched and looks worse than when it had missing sequins. Also, they also managed to put a hole in the shirt where they were repairing it. I’m very unhappy and never trusting them with my clothes again.

These are the nicest people. I had a waredrobe malfuction and they helped me right away. They know what customer service means.

Fast and friendly service! They repaired two pairs of heels for me and now they are like brand new. This is the only shoe repair place that I will use.
