Love this Western dental. Dr Salem is a great dentist, and I feel she's really educated and knows what she's talking about. She goes the extra mile to give you exactly what you want. Her work is always perfect. I did my cleaning, fillings and some extractions with her and was very satisfied. unlike other dentists I've seen, she takes the time to listen and her work is always on point. She definitely has the quality of a great private practice dentist but in a corporate office.

My appointment was at 3pm. I was 15 min early to do paper work for new patient appointment.  I was taken back late . I didn't get out of there till after 5pm. Nothing done but x-rays and consult on what they want to do . I made the appointment for a checkup and cleaning . I was told I was going to get my cleaning and I did not. The girl who did my x-rays was very wonderful ,very nice, liked her a lot .the dental hygienist that came back to look at my teeth was very nice and the dentist that came and looked at my teeth was very nice. The dentist also was nice but was pointing out all these issues that I have with my mouth and there are awful lot of them and they were all extremely expensive. Then he left and there was some young lady from the front desk that was there and she's printing off all these materials and papers and is telling me I'm not getting a regular cleaning I have to get a special cleaning and it could start today but I have to pay $400 to do it and I can either sign this loan form and make a payment plan or I can give her the credit card right now. And then also I have to sign papers to agree for $4,000 worth of work on my mouth and a set up a payment plan today before they would do anything .
they just told me all this money and I'd have to spend and I don't even know what I'm going to do and they want me to sign papers agreeing to a payment plan with interest and all the stuff for them. And to top it off this girl who is doing all this was very condescending I did not like the way that she spoke to me she spoke down to me she was rude and didn't care about questions I just needed to pay I have had an easier time buying a car. She would not give me any time to think about it I had to get started and I could think about it but I still had to sign these papers and agree to things . I had already been there for over two hours ,I had to get home  .and I have to find out if I can take off from work for any future appointments and I told her that I will get back to them just so I could get out. that was on a Friday .Monday morning they started calling me and badgering me about making the appointment and come in to sign papers. yeah ,won't be going back there again.
Found a different dentist in his own private office. He said my teeth were in good shape my gums were fantastic , got a regular cleaning , I need that tooth filling replaced and one will need to be capped sooner or later but nothing that has to be done right now at this moment.

I visited this Western Dental for an exam. The woman named Karen at the front desk was very helpful. The dentist was professional. She was also good at explaining things, and answering questions. The staff were friendly, and I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time.

Horrible experience, the only good thing about this office is the front desk staff is willing to assist and answer questions.

My girlfriend and I went to Western Dental for a tooth extraction (no insurance) and they told her it was necessary to get a bone graph with the extraction which increased the total price for the one tooth to $820. In addition, to remove two other teeth and perform a root canal, and additional services the total for everything was $4500+. The dentist was rude, didn't want to spend the time to speak with us as if he wouldn't give us the time of day. I did some searching and recommended my dentist to her which is Beyond Expectations Dental. They set her up with an appointment and extracted the tooth for $120 and was willing to do all the work for less that 1k. 

Save you money, go somewhere else. Especially if you have insurance.

Work, wife, kids...there's a lot of important things in my life and very little time. One of the last things you want to endure is the torture of going to the dentist: "is the receptionist going to be in a good mood? Is the process of filling out paperwork going to be more painful than the extraction of the molars I want to get removed? Is the dentist going to treat me like a piece of meat or like the actual client who is giving them the luxury of trusting them with my dental needs?" It was such a relief coming here! They treated me and my family like if I was VIP at some exclusive club--so much so I was afraid of the bill! But that was the best part...yeah, I enjoyed the great service but knowing I'm going to have extra money for the Cardinals games makes me the happiest person alive. By the way, don't be surprised by the young lady greeting you with a huge smile. She IS the manager, her name is Laura, and even though she's young, believe me, she'll do wonders bending and twisting numbers to get you the best service for the lowest price. Thank you, ladies!
