The service the past 4 years have been amazing, took all my animals there for years, always paid upfront. There are two (new to me) employees i had never met, who were attacking me for a payment they assumed I never made, which I had made before my appointment. They were profiling my Facebook because they believed I hadn't made a payment. I would suggest going to all pets in altus, I've only heard good things from there. And they are a lot more proffesional. Western seemed like a circus show now. Which is a shame because I used to love them, and even drove from dallas just to have them work on my pets. A bad place to go overall. Another review was "Unless you feel like being threatened by one of the vets, dr. Freeman, western prairie is the place for you" I never had him work on my animals, but after that freak show, where he chased me out to my car, or slammed a door in my face, never again. The place needs to go out of business already after that experience. One of the lady's (I'm assuming vet tech maybe, or receptionist, I don't know) got in my face because my address changed, and yelled at me. When the vet was told about it she rolled her eyes. These people should not be in a customer service industry!
