I have always had a great experience every time we have  taken one of our cars in for the last 8 years.  They are always very honest and do a great job at whatever they work on.  My family plans on being lifetime customers so long as we live in Columbus.  Having a trustworthy and dependable place to repair your car really is priceless.  Thanks!

I have always had an incredible experience at Westerville Automotive.  I have used their services for well over 10 years and they have never let me down.  It is nice to have an Automotive shop I can go to that I trust.  I never second guess their recommendations and I know what they suggest is for my and my car's best interests, not because they want to upsell me.  They also speak to me with respect, regardless of if my husband is around, which is unfortunately still rare.  They have taken care of all of my vehicles and will continue to do so.  I also trust them enough to send my family to them.  I know that they will keep my family, including my 3 children, safe as we go about our travels.
