Midas on Westerville Rd is always the first place I call when my car is in need of service. When they were booked one day, I tried the Karl Rd location and the service was slow and unprofessional...never again. One of the many reasons that I prefer this location is the manager, Cody. He is all about getting the job done. I really appreciate that he does not over-diagnose my car when I take it in. If for some reason, something is going on with my vehicle that is not why I originally took it in, Cody will explain realistically the pricing, how long the job will take, and does not force me to get the job done right then. He's considerate of the customer, instead of trying to make a sale.
I recommend this Midas in Westerville for your car service.

This is by far one of the best places to go and get work done on your car. ALL of the guys are exceptional at what they do. They explain, in detail, what needs to be done and at a very fair price. I would not hesitate to take my car in for anything now. They have a customer that will call them when I need auto service. My advise...go to The Midas on Westerville and see Cody and his guys and you will not go anywhere else!!!

Great service!!!  Needed my tire fixed, not replaced.  As a roofer I have to do this several times a year, and it's always a hunt to find a place that will do it.  I usually stay away from larger car repair outfits when getting small repairs, even though they have the credibility and notoriety you like for repairs, but knowing most would much rather sell me two new tires than fix one.  No issues here!!!  The manager Cody Kinderman got me right in, no waiting, and fixed me right up.  It's nice to know I can take it here with no worries of getting took, plus get the backing of a major outfit.

I've been using this Midas store for all my repairs for several years and have always received excellent service.  The employees, including Cody the store manager, are all knowledgeable and extremely friendly.  I would highly recommend them.

Professional and knowledgeable service.  Very honest staff who discusses your  complete problems /concerns you have  with your vehicle and doesn't try to fix things that are not broken.  Have been a customer for years and have always been very satisfied.  One of the best in the area.
