A couple weeks ago my wife took our brand new mustang GT that we had just bought to Auto additions to install Vent Guards. The first time they installed them they were noticeably crooked. When my wife complained they did straighten them out but they looked horrible, the double sided tape was poorly cut and in other places it was bunched up; when she brought the bulges to their attention, she was told that they would look better after they dried..? *****Update****** After my review Fred the manager contacted me and was very professional. He listened very carefully to my complaints, and was very sincere with his apology; taking responsibility not passing blame he also did everything in his power to fix the problem and stated that steps would be made for a situation like this not to happen again. I then ordered a hard folding touno cover which they did a great job in insulting, and then took the time to show all of its features, and went over all of the warranty information. I will give them more business in the future, every company makes a mistake or two, to me its how a company takes responsibility and shows concern, is what will bring me back every time. thanks again.
