I appreciate so much that Westwood is open all year. I do feel bad for the employees during the winter even tho i still go. They always do a really good job and they know the need for speed. They offer good deals and usually have coupons floatin around. But even at full price, they're worth every penny.

The employee directed me into the wheel track wrong ND my front left tire went up on the metal track and then slammed down between the the tracks. The proceeded to wash the car like nothing happen. After the wash was done I examine d my rim and of course there were three areas that had gouges in the rim. I pulled back around and told them I wanted to make a claim and the all acted like nothing happen and wonder Ed why I wanted to make a claim. I was informed by a letter 2 weeks later by the companies (Customer Service Specialist) that it was MY fault cause I was traveling too fast and there weren't going to compasate me for the damage their employee caused to my car. Very unfair establishment to do business with.

Knowledgeable staff, does a wonderful job. IF your car should be less than satisfactory immediately after the wash, they offer rewashes upon request as long as it is the same day and immediately or closely there after having had the vehicle washed.
