Wish I could leave no stars, called them to complain about my rim being messed up by their machine. I live far from here went to the stores around here before and by the time I got home I noticed my rim. I didn’t want to drive my way allll the way back out here before calling or speaking with someone. Never using their car wash again!   

I had left a voicemail already the day of this incident. No one still reached out to me.

This review is actually for a wash experience I had a few months ago. Went in for a normal wash as usual. Car was washed as expected. Vacuums provided a great amount of suction. While vacuuming, a gentleman's battery dies in his MDX. The moo moo employee tried to jump his car and failed. I immediately offered to jump the stalled vehicle and we succeeded. As I was putting my jumper cables back in my trunk, the employee came to be offering me 2 free tokens good for a car wash at any Moo Moo. This was a very nice gesture. He really didn't have to, but did anyway. The "help your neighbor" attitude is what keeps me coming back to Moo Moo washes. Great customer experience. Thank you.

The car wash only washes 95% of my car. They have tried everything and make it right and kudos to the management staff. The manager said they just needed a different style brush added to their system to be able to wash lower pieces of trim on cars like mine and Shine the tires properly without getting Armor All sprayed up the side of the car. When that is fixed this is definitely a five-star car wash.

Great express Moo Moo location. Gets type car clean everytime. Free vacuuming when your done washing. The vacuum area is a little smaller than some of their other locations. But, hey that part is free. If your really into having a clean car go ahead and pay for the monthly unlimited wash pass for your car. It's well worth the money especially in the winter months. And they've just recently lowered the cost.

Their vacuums suck!! Really, they suck every french fry from every crevice of your car, even the smooshed ones your kid chewed up and sat on for a month. The facility is kept immaculate, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This is the only car wash I trust with my new car.

Update November 2017: A great deal is now even better, and they have dropped the price of monthly wash packages. You really can't beat the value, and the staff just continues to exceed expectations. Thanks for being a great Dublin business!
