It's like a high-class hotel for your belongings.  Had unit for many years because of their excellent air filtration system. There was never any dust or moldy smell no matter the length of time (years) between visits. Customer service: extremely courteous, respectful, patient, professional & helpful; especially Rose. My family and I have had a storage unit at this Westy for almost 10 years now.  We love the facility, the convenience of its location, and cleanliness but above all we appreciate the Assistant Director Rose Gencarelli, who through the years has been extremely professional, kind, and very attentive to our needs as clients.  She's a great representative of this amazing storage facility.  Thank you Rose!

After my circumstances changed, I recently moved out of Westy's after over 10 years storing there. I always had wonderful interactions with the employees, especially Rose. She was extremely helpful at every stage of my time there. Cannot recommend this location enough!!
