Love this shop and the people that work there. I never bought a bike from them but had them tune up two bikes before I sold them and had various odd items fixed along the way. I also demo'd a high end Santa Cruz. Great service, nicest guys, very friendly. Absolutely zero pretentiousness.

I was referred by a guy who's father supposedly own this store. It was disappointing experience. As soon as I walked in they kind of stared at me like I didn't belong there, didn't pay much attention until I actually came to the desk to ask a question. The store itself is very clean and professional looking but the customer service department is lacking which as a business owner myself you can lose customers very quick. I've been going to Exeter Cycles instead since they help me out no matter what problems I have.

This is a great bike shop, knowledgeable people, friendly and willing to do what it takes. They understand what it means to be a dependable bike shop.

Cheerful, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I like their downtown location and will have to take some time to get used to their location further out of town. I am sure it will be worth a trip.
