Employees​ are great and knowledgeable, the owner sucks. Just got my bike back from the shop after 2 months and 7oo dollars.  And it still does not work. Small claims court is next option

The Service at Gus' Bike Shop is always fantastic. I had purchased the wrong inner tube for my bike, and I went back that day, and they made an exchange-- no hassle, no store credit refund. I brought the new inner tube home, and realized after attempting to fill it with air that it already had a puncture. So, a few days later I called them, and they said that I could just exchange the tube. I will always bring my business to this local, quality bike shop.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Mostly road and cross bikes in their selection. Good prices when things go on sale. They are a big part of the great seacoast cycling community.
