Very nice manager, grounds are clean with a  few palm trees and bushes to break up the parking lot feeling. The sites are almost double the size of the newer parks and allow much more feeling of open space.  The cost is reasonable and the location is close to services.  The train goes by several times a day, but not very loud from the park

Nice, well kept park. Great managers. People are friendly and quiet. Close to shopping and activities. There is a fairly active train track close by the trains rarely blow whistle and were not an issue for us. Bathrooms and showers were clean, private and spacious. Clean, well kept laundry area. Prices are reasonable.

We've been here for a week and a half. The park is clean. Ana and her husband are excellent park managers. I love that the showers are kept clean and the laundry room has updated washers. Great park fir the price. We are bike riders and hikers and the rv park is conveniently located near near all types of trails.

Amazing, Ana the manager is wonderful, Extremely friendly. My experience at this park was beyond words can say. I will be back again. Love , Love , LOVE this park!!!! I highly recommend it! Truly it is a little oasis In mid-town Tucson. Also very pet friendly.

My wife and I stayed for for the month of May 2016 in our motorhome while visiting relatives,.Anna and her husband were excellent hosts. She works hard to make you feel welcome and the park clean. The showers and restrooms are kept clean. The sites, while not paved, are level, gravel covered, and easily accessed pull through types. We had site 23 and except for the Arizona "DRY" heat, we enjoyed our stay and intend to return in October or November of this year. Thank you Anna and we will see you guys soon.
