Really nice location with lots to offer. Car tracks are fun. Slow one is pretty slow. The fast one is fast enough, as long as you're tall enough. The staff is definitely quick on the whistle if you bump the car in front when they slow down. Games inside are loud, snack bar is pretty good. Staff is helpful.

Hi i worked at this establishment for 6 months and was rewarded emloyee of the month twice; and did my best to make sure that the patrons were safe and had a good time at the same time. I left on bad terms with the owners and management.
Anyone who decides to go for a ride here please make sure you tie your hair up... and listen to all instructions that are given reguarding safety

I saw all the comments good and bad and I feel the way that the negative comments are being responded to from management has changed my mind from attending this place. There is a certain decorum especially in business with dealing with negative feedback and I just do not see this here. That just gives merit to the negative comments.

This place is pretty fun! Good environment and plenty of things to do. My favorite things to do there are the go-karts and the laser maze. The laser maze is pretty cool!

Worked here with my sister for 3 years, well over five years ago. We went to check out the new digs and were SO impressed by pretty much everything. There's a smiling face greeting you at the door and ready to load your game card or answer any questions! Wow! The old party rooms and arcade games have been upgraded to give a more modern, almost Dave and Busters feel. The then "ticket counter" has been turned into a cafe/snack bar with actual redemption rewards for tickets and was very neatly displayed. The track had an actual intercom system and attendants no longer had to yell/use a megaphone. Attendants were attentive and helpful, as compared to the BS I dealt with as a supervisor where most of the attendants went to socialize and horse around. The fast track got rid of the stupid Drivers License rule and made it a height requirement instead. Overall my sister and I, two former employees were EXTREMELY pleased with the changes this place has made. From its technological additions to staffing changes. Night and day compared to the middle school type atmosphere of the staff back in 2012, the owner is doing a fantastic job of bringing this place back as a reputable name in the white mountains. These bad reviews are unfair as they have either 1. Not been here to see to leaps this place had made or 2. Throw tantrums at petty situations that are out of managements control. I wish I would've been able to work in this type environment when I called this place my employer. Bravo
