I just stopped in because I saw the great reviews and I'm not quite sure why this place is rated so high. I had 3 fried wings and 2 sides and a slice of pound cake.The fried wings looked great but were flavorless, the macaroni was wet and slimy and tasted like black pepper, they forgot to give me my second side.However when I did get the potato salad it was good. I was given lemon pound cake instead of regular pound cake and I personally don't like Lemon pound cake so I asked for another slice of something else. However instead of giving me the slice I was given a lecture about how they don't offer refunds... well I didn't ask for a refund I asked for another flavor of cake. I was told I will give it to you this time but next time we will not. How presumptive...what gives you the reason to think I will ever return to your business after I'm given a lecture about a slice of cake. Some places need to really appreciate every customer and learn customer service it's just a piece of cake.

The Best Soul Food Spot In Gwinnett! I've Eaten Here Multiple Times & Not One Complaint!! The Customer Service Is Excellent. Feels Like Family And Taste Like Grandmas Cooking!

Absolutely loved it. My first time there, staff so friendly and welcoming. Food hot and well seasoned. No complaints about the portion sizes. I will be returning,  I hate I live so far away...

Food was good portions were great.  Left full.  Could have been a little better, but over was pretty good.

The turkey wings and gravy are good but the dressing was less than to be desired. Also try the Mac 'n cheese. It's just like homemade!
