Our Philosophy:
Health and wellness are a priority to us and everyone we work with. Juicing has long been lauded for its benefits. Live foods supply the oxygen, alkalinity and bio-electrical charges vital to cellular and overall health of the body. Whenever a juice is processed "to preserve freshness" it loses its life force. Whether through heat or high pressure, during processing the enzymatic action ceases and much of the nutritional value of the juice is lost.

PJC Organic Cold-Pressed Juices are artisan-crafted fresh each day. Never heated or processed, they are packed with live enzymes and energy! Cold-Pressed Juice is a high quality, slow food. Each small batch takes 20-30 minutes to produce. Live Juice dies young! PJC juice has a 3-5 day life because it’s 100% raw. That’s also why it tastes better and is better for you. We strive to use natural, whole, organic, unprocessed and locally sourced ingredients from farms that practice sustainable agriculture. One of our major goals is to promote accessibility of organic produce in the Pittsburgh area.

The Pittsburgh Juice Company's goal is to bring Pittsburgh the most fresh, healthy, and simple organic juices and raw snacks possible. Simultaneously, we hope to help educate and improve the overall health of the community through seminars and workshops on healthy living!
