The shine is off this place. It’s just not what it used to be. I ordered two sandwiches online today and asked for both to be pressed. They were not. The bread was so-so. The meat and condiments were so-so. It was just a disappointment all around.

Paid nearly 12$ for a small soggy tuna sandwich... thought it would be fresh too. Would have brought it back for a refund but didn't have enough time at work. Not worth it, just go to a deli for a fresh and higher quality sandwich. The only thing that is witchcraft here is convincing people to buy terrible food at a high cost.

Food is good, great seating (half a star uptick for this), terrific staff (particularly and specifically Ivan), pricing is this close to really, Tom Colicchio? You're not making enough money being on Top Chef? (this knocks a star and a half off the rating), and this next statement has nothing to do with the restaurant. When I lunched there on 5/25, at the table in front of me were seated two young women, one of whom talked as though she was in a crowded sports bar during the Super Bowl. Her friend was sitting across the two-top from her, not even two feet away. You'd have thought they were across the room from each other. She was louder than the radio, louder than any other customers (including a man who took work calls in front of his laptop), and if she had had anything of interest to say I might not have minded. #modernetiquette #seatedrestaurants bridge the gap between #privateandpublic The only people who ought to hear you are seated with you. FACT. #GenXvsMillennials #respectwins
