We spent 2 days in New York . Z Deli was across the street from our hotel so we decided to give it a try. We got a slice of chocolate cheese cake and a cannoli. The cheese cake was fantastic as was the cannoli. The woman who waited on us was very friendly as were all the New Yorkers we encountered. Great Deli  Great trip to New York

Poor service.  I stopped going there a while ago b/c they kept changing the prices.  I returned there recently.  After a few  weeks, they started that price changing bizness again.  So annoying.  Today was my last day there.  I had to return a breakfast sandwich b.c it was incorrect.  Instead of trying to correct it or apologizing, the cashier started making jokes with the "cook" and threw the order at him.  All a big joke.  I don't spend $ where folks act stupid and don't value me as a customer.  Also, don't get the steak & cheese; it was disgusting.  Cheeseburger was quite bad, too.  The only good thing about this place is that they have a good variety of canned sodas.  Anyway, I'm done; won't be returning there.

Worst service I’ve ever had in my life‼️‼️‼️ i ordered food i wait 3 hrs and they kept telling me 5 mins they have no respect I’m hungry waiting for my food and they want to put the blame on me and I’m around the corner from them I’ve never in my life wrote a review but this service was so bad i had ‼️‼️‼️

Best pizza on area, cheese slice is $2 and totally worthy and cannot compare it with a 99cent pizza, so much quality and flavor on this one!

No prices posted except the cheese slice so it is unclear that one non cheese slice is $5. Good pizza (its NY =dime a dozen) but the shady pricing ruined it for me immediately.
