The drivers are very pleasant, easy to talk with, but get unfair treatment by some passengers who seem rude and self centered. The new routes are scenic and have been tweaked. Seem to need more tweaking, but still work well.

Bus' are clean. Not crowded and a good temperature.  I took a single bus to my location and fair is ok. Just be prepared. Check your route ahead of time.

The new prices are too high if you just wAnt to go one place and back. It's not convenient and too expensive if you don't have the correct change. The new routes arn't as convenient. I'm not happy with any of it so I don't take the bus much anymore

From NEVER being in Kansas,the drivers are friendly,FUNNY but more than anything EXTREMELY helpful to where I need to go.GREAT job guys :-)

Not much to say from a positive point. The service is ok at times, particularly when it's the only option you have if you should have car issues. However, when the drivers are driving so fast that they don't see you and pass by you, this is a great inconvenience. Happened to me twice in one day, last one when there were no outbound services remaining.
