My friend is currently on this bus. He was supposed tho be here at a lithe after 4 they are not even leaving their current city til after 5 and its another 2 hours away. Geez I will never personally take a trip on greyhound. If you are on vacation and only have limited time then you are screwed out of most of your thine editing on this bus. When I was younger i traveled by bus. But boy by the reviews I have read and my friends experience I would never take it again. Boy the founder of this company sure wouldn't be proud of what it has become

Greyhound bus service sucks. Thier buses always break down and never run according to shedule!

This ride was absolutely horrific. First of all, I waited 4 1/2 hrs for the bus to show up. Then when you get on the bus it smells strongly of feces and urine the entire ride! We waited 2 hrs when we stopped in St. Louis because the cops dogs were confused and thought innocent people had drugs on them. At every terminal, there and after, the employees were absolutely rude and vulgar even ehen you speak to them respectfully. Coming from New Jersey, I've never dealt with such chaos and confusion. Completely unprofessional. I will never take another Greyhound again!!!

Out door waiting in the elements. McDonald's sells the greyhound bus tickets and asking them questions about greyhound is pointless cause the usual answer is don't know.

I am currently sitting with my friend at the Greyhound Bus stop in Junction City, KS.. Waiting for a bus that was scheduled to depart 2 hours ago. I've called customer service and all they can tell me is this bus left Salina at 6:05pm. It is only one hour from salina to junction, it has been over 2 hours and still no bus. All customer service could tell me to do is call a number no one answers, and the number above apparently doesn't belong to anybody because no one answers that one either.. This is ridiculous and the reason why I personally would NEVER take a greyhound bus anywhere.
