I would say this is your very average pancake house with extraordinarily big pancakes, which I think is what they may be known for. You get two huge (plate sized) pancakes with a well for butter and syrup. It's not the way I like to eat pancakes but I can understand that it makes them a little unique and quirky. Definitely DO NOT spend the $1 to get all you can eat pancakes. It will go wasted along with the rest of the two pancakes you didn't finish. When we sat down we saw them cleaning up the table next to ours and there were 2 or 3 plates of pancakes that looked barely touched (as in not even a quarter of the pancakes were eaten). I can't imagine the amount of food waste this restaurant goes through. If I was to make a suggestion to the restaurant, I would serve up one pancake and make it automatically all you can eat because very few would ever eat more than one. Seems like such a waste to make all those pancakes to be dumped in the trash. On another note, the French toast was okay as was the bacon (although I wouldn't call it thick cut like the menu said). All in all, it was an "okay" quick stop for our family that wanted to step some time in pigeon forge for the day.

First of all, the white milk I ordered had food residue on the inside of the glass that I was able to remove with my straw. I returned the glass and they brought me a second one... which had a long streak of brown residue comparable to chocolate syrup! I returned this and got a coffee, but I was so upset and paranoid that I couldn't bring myself to eat or drink very much. On top of this, the waitress was not very attentive, construction caused half of a wall to be absent with a tarp and loud construction tools (great for a breakfast atmosphere), and the food was mild at best. I would not recommend.

we used to come here in the 70's as we camped across the street. there wasnt much on the parkway then.. boy have things changed! when we came to the mountains.. it was to be in the mountains. not pmanet hollywood.

Pancakes are huge!!!! And you get 2 of them per order. For the 5 of us we got one order of pancakes and still could've fed another person. Kids got a big kick out of the size. Plus they were delicious! Definitely going back here.

Just been here and I must say the service was terrible. Our names were taken and we were told we would be seated in 10 mins however over half an hour later nothing so I asked what the problem was as we had noticed that customers that arrived after us had been seated. Our names had been crossed off and we got no apologies or any explanation whatsoever Our pancakes then took another age to arrive and to be honest they just were not worth the wait. Yes they are big, but that's it. Very poor and we would advise to try elsewhere
