The room we stayed at had no hot water. The first night I was unable to shower. Notified the front desk, they moved us the following day. We were moved to a smaller room. This room had warm water, so we had to notify the front desk, again. They fixed the problem, by turning up the water heater. It was not a comfortable experience, having been settled in one room, then to have to move to another. There should be hot water, always, in every room.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The location was easy to find, but when it came to going to bed all you can hear is the traffic from the freeway. The room had an odor and the bathroom smelled like stinky feet. The room was nice and cool when we got in so that was a plus. Other then that it was a good stay, minus the price but still not bad.

Checked in and went to the room. Television kept getting blared and fading out. I called the front desk and maintenance was sent over. Maintenance told me they keep fixing it but in 2 days it's back to doing the same thing. So I was moved to another room. Problem solved for the time, but if this is a problem that continues every other day maybe that room should not be rented for almost $100.00. Also the next room had a loud fowl mouth person who seem not to be considerate to others. Maybe the walls should be better insulated. For $30.00 a night I would have no complaints, but at almost $100.00 I did expect better.

We stayed here for the three nights our house was being fumigated. The best thing I can say is our room was clean. It was basic; no frills of any kind; about what you would expect in this price range. The shower provided nice warm water. Appreciated the morning coffee. Here are a few minor gripes: 1) The location was a dead zone for my cell phone. I had to walk to the far end of the parking lot behind Denny's to get a connection. 2) The a/c unit was pretty noisy, but cooled OK. 3) The amount of soap and shampoo could have been increased for the three of us who stayed there. 4) Larger waste bins or a few extra liners would have been helpful. 5) I arrived 15 minutes before check-in time and the room wasn't ready. I was asked to come back in a half hour; technically my fault, but still kind of annoying. 6) The location is next to the 7th Ave. northbound exit off the Pomona Fwy. Cars seemed to pour endlessly off the freeway, making it difficult to get out of the driveway. Overall OK for the three nights we stayed there.

We were in a mad rush to find a motel near the Fullerton area late on a Friday night and was able to secure a reservation at the Motel Six location in Hacienda Heights just in the nick of time. The price was much more affordable than almost all of the other motels that we had looked at and we probably saved more than fifty-percent off of what the other places in the Fullerton area were going to cost. Our room was pretty standard, not a lot of decoration or furnishings, but it did serve its purpose very well.
