Rooms are very nice and clean.  Only down side is office staff would not give change to wash clothes and soda vending machine only has Diet Coke in it.  Staff could be a little nicer

I have to respect this Motel 6. They have found a way to put flooring for function in a modern way that is utilitarian yet very clean and nice. The bed was extremely comfortable the TV was flat screen excellent visual. The bathrooms and vanity were super clean and I appreciate what they done with-it in a utilitarian type of way. I would recommend this Motel 6 and only give it 4 stars because it is a utilitarian feel versus a lush carpeted type of hotel feel. If cleanliness and modern is your appreciation you will like this Motel 6!

I use Motel 6, for many of my clients, as a professional fiduciary with the courts. I have had all positive and good experience ALWAYS-until this experience with this one franchise. First they would not honor my prepaid reservation with your national reservation center and forced me to drive 180 mile round trip to check-in my client as a guest. They would not honor my credit-card until I physically presented myself, even though I was not the guest and my credit-card had already been "authorized" by your national reservation center and I had an authorization number. Second, when I arrived, the desk clerk had a bad attitude with a capital A. While I will continue to use Motel 6 for my clients, I will never ever use this particular franchise property again, and will be sure and tell all of my colleagues to also avoid them.

Broke motel, there's AC, able to turn on but not even fan level. Called more than 5 times to request for room change they didn't allow and told us just leave the AC on, it'll be on and off every 15 mins. The problem is that it's not even fan level when it's on.

I travel at least once a month. I have NEVER been in a room that is so discussing, dirty, and smelled as BAD as the room I was in at this hotel #216!  
The sheets looked like they weren't even changed prior to my stay. I was absolutely terrified to even lay down on the bed. Bugs inside the room flying around. I am so disappointed with this hotel. The staff in front while check in was rude. The whole time he was checking me in he had his iPhone headphones in and playing music. I felt unwanted and felt like I was even bothering him.
