Where do I even start? Great place to stay when away from home. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Don't let the outside fool you. It looks a little dated, but when you get into your room you can tell they keep up with the changing times to make sure the room has that modern look and feel to it. The best part of the hotel is Stacy, the day time front desk person. She's very pleasant,attentive and easy going. Her warm smile and pleasant personality makes you feel welcome and not just like a customer. She's the reason I keep coming back or extending my stay here at Vagabond Inn when I'm in Whittier CA. Vagabond Inns needs more staff like Stacy!

It was easy to find and close by everywhere we needed to go. The neighborhood also seemed nicer than The surrounding area. The rooms were decent for the price. It was a smaller place, with a smaller breakfast, but it was as good as a free breakfast I could have wanted. Cereal, oatmeal, toast, pastries, coffee, and orange juice was more than enough as far as breakfast goes. The rooms had a fridge which was nice, but also a microwave, which most other motels fail to offer. The staff is friendly, and more than willing to accomodate the guests needs. I did not visit the pool, but from what it looked like, it had plenty of space to lounge, and it was very clean. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I will definitely look there first for a room when I visit the area again.

Well room looked good at first. But the TV never worked. Had to call the office to get someone to get the shower to work. No I'm sorry. Not a good stay.

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff, will definitely stay here when I return to Whittier

The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfy and the shower head was large which made for a refreshing shower. I would definitely stay there again if needed.
