Story

We provide state-of-the-art medical care including in-house digital radiography, stem cell therapy, therapeutic laser treatments and ultrasounds. We are an AAHA and BBB accredited facility with exceptional boarding, grooming and dog training services along with a caring staff to assist with any of your pet’s needs. We offer 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency pet care.

I've been coming to this vet clinic for the past 2 years. The service has been consistently high. This last time, the staff was especially courteous as they invited me and my partner to wait in the quiet examination room instead of the main lobby out of concern for our tiny pets. After the visit, my partner said she now understand full-well  why I like the veterinarian so much.

I have been using the services at Willow Creek for 5 years, now. From veterinary care to the utterly compassionate, respectful and painless release of my dear Annie to the heavens above at 14.5 years old, Willow Creek staff and facilities have been remarkable. Most recently, I have been using their Stay and Play and boarding services -- fantastic service for dogs who love social interaction and activity!! The front desk staff and Stay n' Play staff are always super friendly and positive. Several staff know my little dog and me by name when I walk through the door… which makes it feel like a home away from home for my little rescue rover dog :)

Great place for grooming but.....
Unfortunately this place is all about seeing how tgey can increase the bill. They keep asking for ridiculous things the latest of which is a fecal test on all dogs before they can be groomed. They are of course happy to do this for a price! We spoke to our vet and were told this is a completely unnecessary test in a healthy animal who is up to date on vaccines. It is sad that a place like this feels that they need to try and force you to use their vet services even when they are not needed!

Warning this place cares more about your money than pet care and customer service. They over charge good people who provide good homes for pets. Worst vet and rudest tech I have encountered. Front desk is a disaster. Please go to any other office in the valley before Willow Creek.

I've always had great visits at Willow Creek from veterinary care to basic dog training. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a great vet. Thanks Willow Creek!
