First timer and the experience was absolutely wonderful! From the receptionist to the technician all the way to the doctor. Hands down the best appointment we've had. They were so caring and gentle to our Harley girl. Highly recommend! Pricing wasn't terrible either.

Wilmington Animal Hospital is the best place to take your pet. I've been taking all of my dogs there for 17 years I wouldn't trust anybody else to help me with my babies. I have 3 golden retrieve rs and they love going to the vet. 2 weeks ago I had an emergency with my middle dog her name is J Low she got one of her nails stuck on something outside it was bleeding all over. Wilmington Animal Hospital took us right away and took very great and gentle care of my J Low the staff was wonderful. My dogs and I love them.

On Oct. 4, 2017 i brought my 15 year old Lab in for a conference with
a veterinarian, he had a serious heath issue. I know my dog had been in a lot of pain, so i decided at that visit to have my dog euthanized.  
  He was given an old, used blanket to lie on in the small examining room.  When the process started my dogs  body was on the blanket, but his
 head was on the tile floor.  At the time i was so upset by the passing of my dog, i couldn't get my thoughts together to say something.
   When my pets life ended, his head and tongue were lying on a dirty tile floor, not good. That's the last picture i have in my head of my dog.
  My dog, Boo, did not suffer during this procedure and the staff had done what i had asked. I thought he would be put on a table or somewhere special for this process. I am very  distraught  over this, maybe i also 
 should have been better prepared.
   I hope no one else goes thru this kind of event.

Great doctors, easy to get replacement appointments, even when the cats refuse to come out.
