Officer Megan O'Bryan has been of service to us 2 times since moving from Ohio to Wilmington NC from Ohio.   Both times she has followed proper Policy and Procedures....She gave Professional advice....She is an excellent reflection to you Department and City of Wilmington.

Corrupt bunch of fools trying to make the lives of law abiding students hell. It is nothing more then a source of state income and penny pinching, focusing on real crimes woukd be a good a round facing the largest opposition epeidimc is far more importsng the cashing in on teen drinking tickets.
