We had a plumbing emergency this morning ( Sunday )!  Without water it couldn't wait until Monday, I called Gervais and their tech Chris quickly called back. He was at our home in about an hour and had us back up in running in no time.

I wanted to replace my AC system, so their estimator came right out to look at it, then nothing. Weeks went by. I emailed him to ask for his quote. No reply. I called the office a few weeks later, and they said they would contact him about it. No response. A month+ has gone by, and they have ignored me. Very unprofessional.

I'm very happy with my ductless heating and air conditioning system which Gervais Plumbing & Heating helped me choose for my sized house and the installation was exceptional. Nice guys and very much experts in their field.

I called on a Monday and Steve came to my home on Wednesday.  I couldn't believe, that after looking for a plumber to perform work at my home, someone actually showed up at the promised time!

Steve gave me a quote and the work was begun on the next day!  The plumber Steve sent was Scott......talk about lucking out!!!!  Scott was fabulous.  He, besides being very respectful and polite, performed the work to my complete satisfaction.  Scott is the bomb!!!! Thanks Gervais Plumbing.

Had trouble getting service for our boiler, heat out in the winter is no fun! These guys returned the call quickly, were there within an hour and the problem was fixed quickly! Would recommend, reasonable price and friendly techs! THANKS
