Always treating you with dignity and respect, attention to detail with understanding and knowledge of your pieces by your Expert.  Repairs were completed and price quoted spot on with a phone call when ready for pickup as promised.  The staff treats you like you are "Family" always making my visits Welcomed and insuring me an Exceptional Family Jewelry Experience every time. My Christmas gift literally took my breath away. No it was not an engagement ring.  My boyfriend wanted to get something I would like and also had meaning.  He couldn't afford much. Windham Jewelers, Missy, was able to show him a combination of all my favorites.  A beautiful earing and necklace setting in sterling silver, gorgeous simple design with my birthstone color.  It is now my most favorite set I have and I have been wearing them everyday.  This was the only present I got and I absolutely love it. Thank you!

If you like buying local, being helped by cheerful and knowledgable sales staff, and buying quality jewelry with plenty of selection, then Windham Jewelers is for you. Melissa is really great and she helped me choose the nicest Christmas gift with ease and a smile. On a previous visit, another employee cheerfully guided me to a sleek Citizen watch that I wear every day when I just couldn't choose. I'm sold on Windham Jewelers!

Melissa is by far the best sales person in the jewelry business.  She takes the time to listen and suggests different items, fun and pretty items that I would never even consider!   Thank you for taking the time for your customers!  I will never go to another jewelry store again!!!
